How do we make a booking?
Use our booking form on the website or call us and speak to a member of our team.
Is the guide included in the tours?
Yes. All of our drivers are experienced guides with vast knowledge of both the local area and Scottish history.
How do I pay?
Bookings are pre-paid via our secure payment processor. You will be provided with a link to make your payment after the booking has been confirmed.
How far in advance do I need to book?
The sooner the better to guarantee we have availability.
We need to change our booking or cancel, what are our options?

Do you supply child seats?
No, we ask clients to provide their own if required.
What luggage capacity does the vehicle have?
We have room for small amounts of luggage. Speak to a member of our team for further information.
Where will I meet my driver guide?
At the designated pick up location that has been pre-arranged with our team and yourself.
Will you provide a contact number for the driver guide beforehand?
Yes, one will be given to you so you can contact your driver guide in emergencies.
Can you carry wheelchairs?
Small foldable wheelchairs
What if my flight is delayed?
All flight information should be given to our office team so the driver can track flights.
Do you allow dogs?
On a private hire service dogs are allowed
